Prtty Peaushun

Peau, (Fr.) noun, feminine [po] 1.skin

I've had this sitting on a shelf since December with no sign of any Sun it wasn't going to be a good time to review this. Until of course recently with this sudden burst of Summer!

The name is different, the packaging is unique, the product is AMAZING. Have you ever wanted those sexy, glowing, legs that all of the female stars seem to have? Well, Prtty Peaushun (which means feminine skin) has your answer. But why just use this on the legs? Get glowing ALL OVER!! This product created by Hollywood makeup artist Bethany Karlyn not only looks gorgeous on, but, contains 92% raw ingredients that can help improve the condition of your skin as well!

This fragrance free, as we like to call it, “liquid gold” goes on like a lotion, comes in five alluring colors -- plain, light, medium, dark, and deep dark. Prtty Peaushun evens out skin tone and enhances muscle tone (have you headed over to the site to order yet?) The “anti-packaging” design takes up minimal space in landfills, and has a clean dispense mechanism. Yes, you get every last drop of this luscious lotion!

Slather on a flattering glow that will help diminish the appearance of cellulite, stretch marks, and all the other imperfections many of us have. So, what are you waiting for? GET GLOWING!

Celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Sade, Rihanna, Nicole Richie, Cate Blanchet & Celeb Trainer Tracy Anderson are just a few who love to use this product.

Prtty Peaushun also claims that it's innovative blend of natural plant extracts lift firm, tigten and diminish the appearance of cellulite, stretch marks and varicose veins AND minimises bruising and sore muscles - sounds like a HG product ( did you know you could even put this in your hair to tame frizz and have a subtle glow ) - can't say I have tried it as of yet.

The packaging reminds me of those Lucozade packages BACK in the day? Anybody remember these?
It makes it easier to make sure that nothing is wasted, it glides out the packaging!

This PETA approved product comes in 5 shades: Plain · Light · Medium · Dark · Deep Dark.

I went for Medium which is in the middle, I wanted it to be subtle but achieve the glow.

Soooo...I was in the Sun and as soon as I got the product out the rays took no time in melting it.
I applied two layers of this :

Welcome to my light legs transformed into those JLo glowing legs. I use my regular Jergens Cocoa Butter cream in the above image! So what did I think of Prtty Peaushun?

Well with all the claims you would think it was like a full body coverage foundation or a concealer for all our imperfections but it's not quite like that it is more like a tinted cream with light reflecting particles. Once in the light it does mask those imperfections, the light hits places like a highlighter on the face, it sculpts.

Medium fits me perfectly I think any other colour would of been too dark and wouldn't of blended. If your skin is feeling like it's lacking something I believe this is such a nice pick me up to give a healthy glow without being overbearing.

Doesn't take long to dry, I washed my hands straight away and of course being in the sun it's going to dry almost instantly but give that sheen glow.

I just love this product it's good for girls like me who do find it hard to tan in the Summer but just also for a nice glow for whatever occasion. I wouldn't use this on a daily basis as I wouldn't say it's meant to be for moisturising. Photoshoots, night outs, special occasions, nights in :)

If there's one thing I would add as an extra item in my makeup kit for others is this item as I think it's good for that added glow.

  5. Oh this looks good, I'm always a bit dubious about using a self tanner because I hate the smell so much! I love the colour this gives, looks very natural x

    1. Hey love, well I wouldn't personally look at it as a self tanner but more of a tinted lotion. It's a apply on the day, wash off completely at night. No worries about staining or going orange - bonus :) plus this doesn't have a bad smell - I know that self tanner smell your referring too *ew* xo
