5 Ways to Use Alteya Organics - Organic Bulgarian Rose Water Spray

UNPAID/SAMPLE/AD
The majority of us have probably heard of the benefits of rose water. Grown in the soil conditions of the Rose Valley in Bulgaria, it's considered one of the most precious natural sources since thousands of petals are required to produce just a small amount of its magic rose water.

I've been using Alteya's certified organic Bulgarian Rose Water for a little while now, quoted as "the world’s most exquisite 100% pure, natural, organic flower water". By using a unique distillation technique, it embodies century-old traditions and modern technology, they distil a special grade rose water that completely preserves the balanced synergy of the rose plant. It's 100% distilled rose flower water! I adore the apothecary spray bottle, there's something that makes me feel, this is medicinal, it's good for me and with the range being super affordable, it's 100% worth the try.

HAIRCARE

After washing your hair, use this on your scalp & massage to help reduce dandruff and oily scalps. My curly girls, this can help add shine and eliminate frizz. Our hair becomes brittle due to the minerals in the our everyday water, rosewater can help our hair become softer and more fuller!

AROMATHERAPY

Use in your bath water, as room spray or on your bed sheets, pillows or clothes for aromatherapy benefits as it can help elevate your mood and relieve headaches. As someone who loves their bath, I've poured a little in with the raining water and the subtle smell of rose, engulfs the room, aiding in the relxation.

FUR BABIES

We cannot exclude our fur babies, use it on their bedding for odours. It can also be used as an antibacterial for any wounds or iritations your pet may have.

Soothe & Cleanse

Another way that I love is using it to soothe my skin after dermaplaning and shaving, I'll spray directly onto the area or use a cotton pad and just swipe to take down any redness. This would be great for sensitive skin as it's not heavily fragranced. With the weather starting to get a little warmer & a potential 'heat wave' heading our way for a week, during the day, it can be used to cool down, help the skin if you're prone to burning from the sun but it won't replace your SPF!!

It's a great cleanser, as it helps to remove the oil and dirt from the clogged pores on our skin, just by using a cotton pad after cleansing it'll help remove even more dirt from the skin. Alongside that it's amazing for hydration, this is how I've been using it mostly. With the weather changing its mind, as much as JLO with her exes, my skin has been from oily to dull. Being full of vitamins such as A, C, D & E and B3, It's amazing to help revive the skin.

Flavour

Food grade Rose water, use it within food or drinks for a flavour enhancing experience. It can also aid digestive upset.

With a wide use for rose water, I think it's a must to have a bottle within the home for day to day use, being a natural astringment it's a handy ingredient to not be without & this brand is definitely the rose water of choice!
