Having a good body polish around is essential, I exfoliate my body every other day and do an Korean Italy Towel scrub once a week to really get dead skin off in rolls. I really like dry oil because it's lightweight but absorb into the skin quickly & Himalayan Salts have high mineral content and helps to draw out toxins within the body with all that in mind, trying out the Joan Collins Time Beauty I AM WOMAN Dry Oil Body Polish was a done deal. I've reviewed the brand before here, so it's nice to be able to discover more of the brand.
Olive, Avocado & Golden Jojoba Oils and Kiwi Seeds are mixed with the Himalayan Salts.
• Kiwi seeds with so many great benefits & properties like anti-ageing, softening skin, due to the vitamin C content it'll help firm skin, the vitamin E provides good UV protection (don't rely solely on this for your UV protection).
• Avocado Oil - vitamin E helps to soothe the skin, prevents inflammation and itchiness, anti-ageing, UV protection, helps acne - so if you suffer from body acne this scrub could help with the addition of this oil.
• Olive oil, doesn't clog pores with a comedogenic rating of 2, it's also an antioxidant, helps exfoliation.
• Jojoba Oil is good to control oily skin making it good for acne prone skin, coming to think of it when I tried the Oil Cleansing Method a good few years back this was one of the oils I used & olive oil to help my skin.
A few scoops can do my legs and arms, it's effective, leaves the skin feeling moisturised and smooth, it carries the I AM WOMAN scent, nothing too overbearing while using it and I didn't find that the scent lingers on my skin which isn't a problem. I wouldn't say this is an abrasive scrub so it could be suitable for daily use if that's your thing.
