Laura Mercier Dark Spell Baked Eyeshadows

Laura Mercier Dark Spell Collection, this fall Mercier is tapping into our dark side and giving us some beautiful A/W shades. The collection on a whole is beautiful and I was lucky enough to be given two baked eyeshadows to review Mystical & Magical.


Magical* is a zebra patterned baked e/s, I've used this to give a dry wash of colour over Mystical, giving it more of a greyer tone on the lid while keeping the outer area darker and blended.

Mystical* is a charcoal black that has iridescent flecks running through it, looks amazing when the light catches it. I've never been one for baked e/s much but I've been converted with these. I like to use this one wet it doesn't give a harsh black eye look and being so easy to blend once it begins to dry.

Some of you may of already seen these images, I posted them on my instagram over a week ago and Annie asked if I had done a video, so I decided to recreate the look - editing, well took me a week to do, it's just such a long process but it's finished :)
