As I always say our skin is our foundation, face masks can be a little hit and miss. Some don't claim to do all they say, some break us out, others we just love and live by.
I've heard about Zelens before and the price tag is a hefty one at £120 for a box of 5, 5ml bottles it's one you just in a frugal way, hopes it doesn't become that miracle mask cos it's a repurchase you may look twice at. Free from mineral oils and parabens and suitable for all skin types, it makes it so far a good choice.

So what is the purpose of this mask?

It's a pump bottle and I did have to pump it a few times all the way down to get it moving along, once it's dispensed you get a slight pearl iridescent cream. This needs to be applied on a freshly cleansed face Even though it's a 5ml bottle, I managed to still get two uses out of it. I found it quite easy to spread over my face and neck.
My first experience with it, my skin looked a little brighter and had a nice glow to the skin, except the morning after I woke up with a few blemishes, now could this be due to this added product? As I used nothing different but that in my routine. Of course I had more left in that bottle , so I used it another time, I got another few spots one that left me with now pigmentation on the side of my mouth...fantastic.

I'm going to bite the bullet, 3rd application could be the charm :
The mask applies on clear, it doesn't tighten up so you don't it's there. It gives a smooth, matifiying feel, after 15 minutes I washed it off. Could I honestly say I saw much of a difference? No, I couldn't see it. Did it look a little brighter, well a bit but for me I'm not sure this face mask is a hit, even while knowing what it's meant to give me.
