More Essie Treat Love & Colour.
March, I wrote about the launch of essie’s Treat Love & Colour collection which is a treatment that:
TREAT: Restore dry, brittle nails to a healthy look in just 1 week
LOVE: Pamper your nails with a formula that locks in moisture and perfects
COLOUR: Enhance nails instantly with visually brightening pigments for a healthy glow
I was sent three shades before and now they've expanded the collection to included 4 more shades (3 seen in order above - applied 3x)...
Good as nude: glimmering, warm and sandy beige.
See the light: beautiful and reflective ivory beige.
Tonal taupe: hints of gold in this beige taupe.
Treat me bright: bright in white with a sheer, powder hue. (not pictured)
These shades remind me a lot of Summer, rich tones of golds & bronzes to accentuate the sun kissed skin that can come with Summer whether real or faux. I was wearing Tonal Taupe for a while and really loved the way it looked and See The Light on my toes. Good As Nude is a surprising one because when I think nude tones, what it gives, isn't what I'd imagine. But I like that as it's different. I like that it has the same wide brush applicator as the gel polishes, it makes it easier to apply and to get more of a neat finish. Even with a wash of colour that these give. I normally do two coats for myself and because it dries fast, it's a quick treatment to do when your nails really need the TLC or when you're in a rush. I can't wait to see what other shades they look to release with this range. I think also a clear version would be nice if you wanted to treat your nails while wearing your favourite Essie polish but these do give a nice alternative to have a hint of colour while treating your nails.
What do you think?

I really adore Essie and these shades are my favourite yet - they are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI love Essie, I hope they do more shades of these! I really want to seen mint and purple! xxx
ReplyDeleteI have to admit I don't usually wear nude nail polishes but the middle hue is so cute! x
ReplyDeleteThese are so pretty! Tonal Taupe looks to be my favourite!
ReplyDeleteThese are unusual shades but then I still think they look good. I love nail varnish I have loads at home.
ReplyDeleteI love nude and neutral colours, so these are definitely perfect for me - my nails aren't that long, so I prefer not to draw too much attention to them. x
ReplyDeleteI love theae shades! They are so pretty. I also like that they are fast drying. I have a tendency to smudge my nails!
ReplyDeleteI love the see the light shade. I've never tried Essie it might need to now.
ReplyDeleteI used to use Essie products years ago and was obsessed! I might have to pick up some new shades soon! X
