Time Bomb INSTAWOW & Complexion Cocktail.

I've used a few products from Time Bomb & have quite liked the products so far I've tried. Therefore I'm always happy to try more from the brand and these instantly got my interest because who doesn't like to have a brighter complexion. I do, my skin sometimes can look dull, I like to have a a glow happening and that for me happens when my skin is bright & clear.

Who is it for?
Dull & dry skin.

Ingredients.
Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Flower Water, Methyl Perfluorobutyl Ether, Isododecane, Butylene Glycol, Carbomer, Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Benzyl Alcohol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Hydroxide, Polysilicone-11, Vaccinium Myrtillus Fruit/Leaf Extract, Xanthum Gum, PPG-26-Buteth-26, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane) Extract, PEG-40 Hydrogentated Castor Oil, Sodium Chloride, Dehydroacetic Acid, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Fragrance, Benzoic Acid, Acer Saccharum (Sugar Maple) Extract, Decyl Glucoside, Capryl Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Ascorbate.

Experience.
I like a good face mask, I've tried many - mud, balm, sheet - you name it but never one that fizzes. Got to love a product with a twist. It’s a gel consistency with a self-foaming action that helps to get rid of skin debris, tightens and helps to brighten the face, giving a glow. 4-5 pumps onto a clean face, avoiding the eye area and I can feel this working as soon as it touches my skin, it turns into a fizzy cream but no stinging or irritation it begins to disappear which is when using my fingertips, I gently massage it into my skin before rinsing off after the 5 minutes. Afterwards the skin has a bit of brightness to it this is because of the citrus extract, which gives a brightening boost. A facial in a bottle!

Dull skin

Ingredients.
Aqua (Water), Propanediol, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Ppg-26-buteth-26, Dmdm Hydantoin, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Zinc Pca, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Pca, Arginine, Sodium Lactate, Parfum (Fragrance), Limonene, Laminaria Digitata Extract, Aspartic Acid, Pca, Methylisothiazolinone, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Fruit Extract, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Glycine, Alanine, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Serine, Asiaticoside, Cyanocobalamin, Valine, Asiatic Acid, Madecassic Acid, Isoleucine, Proline, Threonine, Histidine, Phenylalanine, Niacinamide, Ergothioneine.

Experience.
Sometimes those restless or late nights can catch up on us especially if we have a succession of them – for me, it only takes one night! When my skin hasn’t been blessed with a sun kissed glow, it can look very lacklustre and needs a pick me up. Brown Algae is used to soften and smooth the skin, with antibacterial properties, it’s an antioxidant also. It also helps hydration, amino acids within algae helps fatty acids fight inflammation and possibly firm and renew tissue. B3 is normally listened as niacinamide (love B3) which helps get rid of discolorations and enhances the skin's barrier. It’s a good anti aging product.

Overall.
These would be good all year round but especially during A/W for me when there is less sunlight, the skin can look duller and lacking off pep. I really like the effects of the INSTAWOW, especially when it's rubbed into the skin and washed off afterwards and I continue with my skincare. My skin actually looks brighter and feels smoother. The Complexion Cocktail I think over time will give greater benefits due to the ingredients.

  1. Such a good review. I always suffer with dry skin so find myself trying lots of different products as my skin gets used to one, does that make sense?

  8. The foaming face mask sounds absolutely wonderful! I wish I could get my hands on that once. I have one from some off-brand hiding somewhere that I need to dig out and try. Hopefully it works as well and is as nice as the one you reviewed!
