"She'll murder you while eating your breakfast"

Happy Halloween

I stumbled across reviews of Bootea, I think I was looking at 'skinny teas' and this came up and being that I could just pop into Holland & Barrett's and have a look and talk to staff made it an easier choice also. Keep in mind, it's not a cheap tea but it's filled with a lot of good ingredients.

What Do You Get?
(14 bags) Daytime Detox- Chinese Oolong tea, Maté leaves, Ginger root, Fennel seeds, Lemongrass, Dandelion leaf, Ginseng root, Gotu Kola leaves, Nettle leaves.
(7 bags) Bedtime Cleanse - Senna leaves, Peppermint leaves, Fenugreek seeds, Liquorice root, Burdock root, Hawthorn leaves, Valerian root, Psyllium seed

Preparation.
Please don't think you can just pick up this tea, drink it and you'll lose the lbs, if everything was that easy, we'd all be the weight we desired.
I noticed on the Bootea website they have an eating plan pdf to download and also you can buy their Bootea fitness plan - do a workout for roughly 30 minutes 3x a week.

I wanted to start on a fresh day and if this bed-time cleanse was anything to go by, I also needed to make sure the next morning I had nothing to get to importantly. Saturday was the day to start.

How did I find it?
Taking the morning cleanse, it wasn't bad, coming from me that says a lot. I couldn't make out any of the leaves it could of been but the blend is drinkable. I took my bedtime cleanse and awaited the morning. It doesn't seem as if the bedtime cleanse on Saturday night worked. I had it to drink from about 10pm and at current update it's now nearly 12 hours later and I've had the opposite effect - I'm yet to go. I didn't end up getting my first laxative experience but I did notice the last two days after drinking the daytime tea, my urine started to smell. Quite sweet but almost like a dandelion scent lol. Yes lovely. To sum this entire fortnight up, it didn't work. I got no possible laxative effect to my body instead it left me constipated. I lost no weight and just stay at the same level even after adapting some of the meals from the plan.

Basically I spent £20 on tea, it normally wouldn't be my choice of tea to have let alone spend that much money on something that didn't work. There should be a money back guarantee on things like this...I'm currently screaming REFUND PLEASE!

Have you tried BooTea, I'd like to hear your experiences, if not would you?

You've probably seen imagined me drooling over these Freedom Mallows that I've previously gotten in my TheVeganKind boxes as I constantly talk about how good they are and it's really fortunate there's something out there that's nut, gluten, gelatine (they use a new binding agent that's made from natural extracts), dairy and fat free therefore suitable for those with a vegetarian, vegan, halal or kosher diet. On their about me page they state:

"Freedom Mallows was created by a renowned British food scientist and loving grandfather of 13. He noticed his grandchildren had a great love for marshmallows! (one day he said) I'll create a marshmallow that's free from, tasty and completely vegetarian for all to enjoy no matter what their dietary requirements"

Freedom Mallows have gone through a re-brand, packaging wise, still great produce inside - I promise you that. Their saying goodbye to Freddy & Fiona *cries* their previous Rabbit mascots (you know I'm all for the bunnies, bunny mum of several) but their now introducing a currently un-named Sloth as their mascot. Whatever the Sloth is going to be called, it's being named by one lucky Freedom Mallows fan, who's going to be announced on the 3rd November, so there's still time for you to enter as it finishes on the 2nd November

The reasoning behind this re-brand was due to the fact, they listened to their customers, I love that. That's what makes a company and it's customers bond more, packaging does have a great deal to do with things, personally I wasn't too bothered with the previous packaging, I thought it was cute and it had a 90's story book feel to it for me, the light colour palette that matched the marshmallows inside probably made it feel more washed out for customers and not everyone is into that, I get it!

Making it more modern and vibrant, I see it. With the Sloth being their mascot to me that signals what Sloth's are too, solitary and tree dwellers. To me Freedom Mallows are the only brand I personally know of, for offering such a favourite snack for all dietary needs and that being said it's natural, just like trees.

You'll still be able to purchase your natural colour and flavoured favourites which include Vanilla (white colouring) or Vanilla (yellow colouring) or Strawberry £2.49 per 75g bag.

They're adding to the range mini mallows that are more suitable to pop into your hot chocolate and for baking (around £2.50 per 75g bag ). Can we look at the packaging! The window represents a bowl and it's got the spoon going into it..The sloths cooking for us!! Absolutely love it!! These are also available in bulk for the catering industries.

Last week you'd seen me take part in the #BareFacedorBold challenge using the KIKO Clic System palette*. This was provided to me by Westfield and I wanted to let you know how I feel about these eyeshadows overall.

The colour in my palette above are:
( left - right )
272 Pearly White, 225 Satin Ballerina Rose, 264 Sparkling Green,
257 Metallic Light Copper, 208 Mat Red, 405 Magenta,
402 Chocolate, 258 Mat Yellow, 274 Mat Light Sea Blue.

This was the first time I've used any products from KIKO and I was looking forward to it. I had been told by a few people the eyeshadows were in poor quality and were not very pigmented. After swatching a few in stores before the challenge I begged to differ.

Once swatching these on myself properly I noticed there has to be more of a technique for them to work on me, I used NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk and patted it on rather than swept to get more pigmentation. I could then sweep over any existing colour to get a transitioning blend like I did in the Bold Look 2.

The Infinity eyeshadows (RRP £5.90 each) can be used dry & wet. I found that when used wet as I did in Bare Look 1, I sprayed MAC Fix+ onto my brush and patted onto the eyeshadow during application my eyelids stung sligtly which was very uncomfortable for awhile. I decided maybe the combination of those 2 brands didn't work well on me.
When I did Bold Look #3 I used Illamasqua's sealing gel to turn the powder eyeshadow into more of a fluid. It worked but the pigmentation that KIKO claim just wasn't there for me.

Overall some colours worked best than others, more so the Metallic & Sparkling they tended to work a lot better than the matte colours. It happens with brands, you've got more pigmentation in some colours than others. I'm open to trying more from KIKO as you just never know what might be a hit, the formula might change etc.

Have you tried anything from KIKO Cosmetics?

I've spoken and mentioned Argania on here before and my Facebook before and for me it's one of those haircare brands I feel is a hidden treasure. Anytime I reminded about Argania I think to myself, erm why haven't I been using this? I revisited the range the other week when I decided to straighten my hair one last time for the year and I used just this stuff and their oils and I had so many compliments on my Instagram re my hair, thank you!

Argania have since gone through a slight rebrand in a way, there's new packaging but it's still available in Boots. Argania products are made in New Zealand by infusing 100% Argan Oil to create restoration and nourishing hair & skin.

I was kindly sent 3 products a good few months back (sorry!) but after my hair mishap, I had to get it back into some shape. Argania Desert Defence Moisture Repair Shampoo and Conditioner & Argania Cashmere Hair Leave-in Conditioner.

The smell, is..like no other! It's relaxing, soothing, sensual and just beautiful - the scent hasn't changed and it takes me back to the question why did I ever stop. These products are all free from parabens and sodium lauryl sulphate. Heading into the colder months oils are even more of a must for me, I neeed oils for my hair. The shampoo still cleans the hair without making you feel as if the strands or scalp is stripped. The conditioner helps more to keep the hair hydrated and gives a nice slip.

One thing I've got more into doing is leave in conditioner, finding one to suit the hair is difficult as more times than ever, they are too heavy for me. If I divide my hair into sections and spray a few times, it doesn't dry cripsy or leave my hair heavy, it's extremely light and you don't need that much.
The brands expanded more I've noticed which is a good thing, I'm quite excited to try more, I've ordered more hair products since from Boots. It's also available in Superdrug & Love Lula. Check stockists for your country.

This box comes a little late this month TheVeganKind but it of course gives you something to expect from this box monthly which is a variety of nibbles and skincare. Can you believe it's been a year already. Congratulations!!

These are very edible and a delicious snack. As soon as you bite into it you don’t experience much taste until you begin to chew and a spicy outburst hits your tongue. This has the taste of sweet onions with spices, herbs and Indian flours. We found ourselves sticking our hands back into the packet regardless of the dance on our tongue.

This on the go health snack reminds me of flapjacks, it’s moist and it crumbles easily when bitten into. I tasted the coconut more than anything, it also contains coconut oil, agave nectar, coconut palm nectar, oat bran and cacao nibs.

I don’t eat raspberries, ok I’ve never tried raspberries lol but my tester said it’s sourish and there wasn’t much raspberries but if you love dark chocolate and raspberries this is no doubt the snack for you. I did bite into the chocolate covered outing and yes that dark chocolate tastes like raw chocolate – very powerful.

This is very thick and a little is only needed for an area as you moisturise. It’s very creamy and doesn’t leave a heavy film but the skin feels protected. This is a generous sample as the actual 15ml tub is a hefty £51!! It’s got antioxidants, anti-ageing vitamin A, C and K with frankincense enriched into the mixture.

By far the best till last, my gaaaaaaaaawd. These are mother wateringly good. Gluten free? You wouldn’t even know the difference between these and non-gluten so whether it’s you cannot have gluten or you are on a gluten free diet by choice – these! Grab these. 75 calories per cookie and you get 8 biscuit sized cookies in the tray. Safe to say these are not lasting long and I’m actually glad to be exposed to such an alternative.

I’d love to know if you’re gluten free and if these interest you!?

My last bare and overall look for this challenge is here. How much more bare can you get than throwing it back to the 90s and have the brown, barely there appearance a la Kylie Jenner, overdrawn lips, winged eyeliner and just a wash over the eyes.

Simply prep the lids with KIKO Infinity + Sparkle eyeshadow in 402 over the lids. Using your favourite eyeliner, wing it out like a pro. Apply mascara and false lashes if you prefer. Taking MAC - Whirl lip liner. Apply it all over the lips and I took MAC - Gingerly blush and completed the look.

#BareFacedOrBold - KIKO Bare Look #3

Here's the final bold look for this challenge, what a better way than to combine colours in a rainbow eyeliner.
I started off with 208 Mat Red and gradually merged the next colours onto the last one 258  Mat Yellow, 264 Sparkling Green and I winged it out with the 274 Mat Light Sea Blue. To achieve this I used the colours wet using Illamasqua Sealing Gel. They weren't highly pigmented this way and the only colour that came off more chalky than the others was the Mat Yellow.

I applied AVON Colortrend Pencil Play Eye Liner - Turquoise onto my waterline, curled the lashes and coated them using Too Faced - Lashgasm.

On my lips I did an ombré effect, Lime Crime Velvetines - Utopia & Pink Velvet.

#BareFacedOrBold - KIKO Bold Look #3

These challenges aren't a joke. The sacrifices you have to make when thinking, I've got only 5 products and I've got to do a daytime and night-time look - I mean me personally I'd use a lot more multi-functional products / palettes that saves space when travelling but hey I had to rattle the brain and try.
Daytime : - Make Up Forever - Face & Body Foundation, I applied this using a damp beauty blender and patted and built upon it and waited on this to set (seeing as powder couldn't be used) Nothing on the lips as it was daytime (lip balm - nil) It was just an everyday, fresh face with just foundation as coverage. Lord help me.
Nighttime : - Applied on the lid Amrezy (Anastasia Beverly Hills Palette) Caramel (e/s), theBalm - MaryLou Manizer (on the highest points of my cheeks & in the inner corners of my eyes), TooFaced - Lashgasm mascara focused more on the lower and outer lashes, build and separate. OCC Lip Tar/Metallic in Black Metal all over the lips for a night high shine autumnal feel. I sacrificed eyebrows lol, yes my eyebrows. I'm just fortunate that a little combing of them was suitable enough so I won't complain.

What would you use for your 5 products?

5 Product Challenge Day - Night Look

For this matte bare look it's all very snow Queen / winter. All I used in the inner corners was KIKO Infinity Eyeshadow in #272 and then blended it outwards. Curled and applied two coats of mascara for the rest I kept my face matte, light sweep of Illamsaqua - Lover on the cheeks, groomed brows and a mixture of Rimmel - Nude Pink with Rimmel Apocalips - Nude Eclipse on top.

#BareFacedOrBold - KIKO Bare Look #2

Another day, another look. This is the 2/3 bold looks that are to be done. I decided to go back with only the purple this time and I wanted to do sort of a disco look as it's got a nice shimmer to the colour, making sure that a lot of it's packed into the inner & outer corners and blended out to the brow bone, I even brought it down onto the sides of my nose too. The lips I went for a matte purple lip, Lime Crime Velvetine - Utopia and MAC Stereo Rose swept across the cheeks upwards. ESQIDO Mink Lashes in Miss Dolly for some added fluttering of the lashes on the dance floor lol.

#BareFacedOrBold - KIKO Bold Look #2

Yesterday marked the first day of this beauty challenge for Bare Faced or Bold (view here) using the KIKO Clic System palette*. Today I'm doing the first of the bare looks. To me this challenge is how ever I would wear a bold or bare face, because for everyone it's totally different. This look is one of my everyday go to looks. Truth be told when don't I bronze my face, I need colour, yo!

It was a simple enough look, I smudged out a brown khol liner into my lash lines, applied KIKO Infinity shadow 257* wet onto the lid and dry on the outer corners just continuously adding for more depth. Also a bit smudged on the bottom. Mascara, bronzer, highlighter and a nude lip. Quickly done in 15 mins or less.

#BareFacedOrBold - KIKO Bare Look #1

I'm participating with a challenge that is based off a feature for Autumn / Winter for Westfield. Bare Faced Or Bold. I was kindly sent an KIKO Clic System* palette for me to do 3 bold & 3 bare looks on each over 6 days and today I'm starting off with this Bold look.

I've never used KIKO eyeshadows before and this was my first experience with the infinity shadow. I used them over a white base to get more pigmentation and these can also be used wet.

I used a white base which allowed me to manipulate the colours to get more over a variation. I patted the purple on lightly to give it a lilac wash before using the same colour to blend into my crease and across and I would deepen the outer corner but continuously reapplying to get it darken. Using KIKO Colour Shock Long Lasting Eyeshadow in Inspiration Emerald I sweep that along my lower lash line and applied the green into my inner corner and brought it downwards. Various blue dots were added onto the green. Eyeliner & mascara to finish the eye look.

When asked if I wanted to try this new 12 piece brush collection from Nanshy, I said yes. It's a brand I've not heard of before but what caught me was that these brushes have synthetic antibacterial bristles, 100% vegan, cruelty free - Yes no animal fur at all has been used to make these brushes & also Peta.org approved. These brushes are also suitable for any type of skin that you have, sensitive, normal, dry, combination, young or mature!

So what do you get in this collection?
Powder - Blush - Stippling - Contouring - Foundation - Shader - Blending - Crease - Pencil - Angled Detailer - Liner - Lip

I've used the majority of the eye collection in a couple of looks I've done and they've been washed, they've kept their shape, no shedding and product washes out nicely out of the brushes and reverts back to their original state which I like. I always hate when brushes start to get dirty looking after first use no matter how much I clean them that's why I normally prefer black bristles. So far I'm pleased. The face brushes I've not used but will be soon and I hope that I will be using them in my personal as well as getting more for my professional make-up kit. What I like and noticed about the lip brush is that it has a cover, making it nice to put into your make-up bag for portable use, keeping your brush and make-up bag clean. If you're looking for a start up collection, I would recommend this to start you off. 12 brushes, cruelty free & vegan - you cannot go wrong.

I have noticed that in less than a year my glasses collection is starting to become a pick 'a' mix. Which isn't a bad thing as I can have different glasses to suit my different needs, I guess. Probably helps that my face is oval and it means that I can go for various frame shapes as oval face shapes are 'evenly portioned' & 'softly rounded'. You've probably noticed I do prefer larger frames and Cheap Monday are fast becoming one of my favourite eyewear brands. The newest editions to the family are the TTL Glass.

What? Laa, in tortoise shell frames, could it be? I absolutely adore them. The rounded frame, the tortoise shell effect, the frames are still big enough for my taste. They sit comfortably on my nose and Specsavers as always have the most time for their customers, I can't ever spill a bad word on them yet, I had to get them readjusted as they weren't sitting right and the patience and customer care - best to none.

Cheap Monday you're keeping me addicted to glasses and looking geek chic - I've never had people stop me and ask me where my frames are from before. I inform them, these aren't for fashion I'm blind (exaggeration, slightly)

These come in at £99 but you can always opt for the 2 for 1 Designer Glasses from £99

Some of these products may have been sent to me for review. For more information, see my disclaimer.

You know I'm all for hair removal and it's an honest pain for me so I'm doing something new at home for the next 8 weeks I'm going to be using and reviewing the Philips Lumea IPL Hair Removal System. Yes! In the comfort of my own home. I've noticed there's been queries on this already since an image was posted on instagram and I will continue to update all y'all interested via Twitter / Instagram and on here. After the 8 weeks are up I'll let you know how I fared with it overall.

This nifty handheld device comes with 2 attachment's for the face and body areas, this model doesn't include the bikini attachment. It also has a storage/travel bag.

I'm deciding to do it on -hopefully- my upper lip, underarm, arms and lower legs. It'll honestly depend of course my face is quicker than any other place but it's more so seeing how I get on. My upper lip, I wax or shave (mmmhmm!) I'm not about that hairy life and Lord God, I am hairy so the less work the better for me after this trial. My underarms I'd love to have smoother, lighter underarms, it's self conscious thing & wanting to wave my arms around like I just don't care but when there's dark marks, I've reserved to doing some type of shuffle dance. My legs obvious reasons, who doesn't want smoother legs?

Am I expecting miracles? No. I am hoping for lesser regrowth and hoping that over time, I don't have to remove my hair as frequently. Every woman's dream. The thing that I can't deal with is, if I let my hairs run forrest wild for awhile, which ideally for me can take a week to grow a good amount of hair regrowth. I look at my hairs and think, I can't be bothered anymore, doesn't give me the freedom due to my laziness of hair removal to wear what I'd love to wear spur of the moment. I've charged it and done my skin test on different settings and I can handle 4/5 which is the highest but I will see how my skin reacts tomorrow and continue to do the rest.

I don't want to deal with wax being left on my skin, ingrown hairs or dodgy grazed armpit marks. I want to be freeeee! So I'm choosing Lumea, the secret to beautiful hair free skin, for up to 2 months to help me with this!

Philips Lumea Precision Plus Hair Removal System

I started using sponges to wash with last year but I have to dispose them regularly to make sure there's no bacteria living and breeding on the sponge. Sponges have been used from the earliest documentation of the Greek Poet Homer 8th century BC, so we're talking a very long time ago, roughly 635 million years, why discard of such an oldie but goodie?

How natural are these sponges?
Sponges are collection from the ocean floor, cut off above the roots allowing them to regrow. They grow in Bahamas, Cuba, Florida and Greece, with a vast majority coming from the Florida Keys and Greek Mediterranean. Any stones, marine debris and algae are removed and high stage 10 cleaning and preparation begins. Because the Honeycomb is exceptionally superior in natural quality it's the most expensive type of sea sponge available on the market.

Review
Wen it's dry, the sponge has a rough, exfoliating texture. Once immersed in water, the sponge is very soft, the outside has more of that somewhat rough exfoliating texture but not as rough when dry or to the point that it'll irritate the skin. The underside is very soft and slides across the skin allowing to wash your skin. It's quite weighty with the water filled into it but it reminds me of watching old films and if you've ever seen the female leads in a bubble bath with a sponge, it's normally a sponge like this. Squeezed out over the shoulders, it flows and washes over the skin.

I did find small parts of the sponge that had broken off in the bath but I guess that's a natural occurrence and it doesn't spoil the sponge & it's not a deal breaker. I will pump my natural aloe vera body wash onto the sponge and I get a generous lather and the sponge gives me a chance to use more of the body wash without having to keep pumping as it seems to seep into the sponge and each time I scrunch it during use, I'm still getting more during my wash duration.

It's a luxury but lovely sponge, one that doesn't harbour bacteria or smell. Which means it'll last a lot longer than others on the market. There are other sponges available in different sizes and types, natural grass, natural silk and natural yellow.

Honeycomb Natural Sponge

I think my arm and legs have become sensitive. I've had to change creams a lot over the course of this year because it's getting irritated quickly, rash marks and itching. Turns out things that are heavily fragranced irritate the hell out of me. So suffice to say when I received this Laura Mercier Gel Body, I was a little scared. As I unscrewed the tub, I noticed it does have that parfum scent.

Laura Mercier Say : This modern, hybrid gel-crème refreshes every inch of your body. Part gel, part crème, this light-as-air indulgence instantly nourishes skin with moisture. Natural Coconut water, crisp Verbena extract and a vitamin-rich complex work in harmony to drench skin with hydration, leaving it soft as silk.

I gave it a try and to be honest, I didn't get a reaction at that time. It's said to be good for all skin types, hydrating with a rejuvenating fragrance. With us having somewhat of an Indian Summer in the UK, (It's Autumn, I still don't know what jacket/coat to wear or if one at all) this gel moisturiser is good for those type of days as it's not too heavy and it's cooling. Honestly, the fragrance isn't a favourite of mine, it has coconut fruit juice within the ingredients list but I couldn't tell you what it smells like.

*goes to smell*
It reminds me of furniture polish if honest.

Now I've tried to use this in a few different ways, skin slightly damp, skin dried. I noted not to do it when hair has been freshly removed, the fragrance irritates my skin but with it slightly damp and allowing it to air dry it hydrates my skin better and it doesn't dry, to a dry, sticky residue but to be honest I wouldn't purchase this if given the option.

Laura Mercier Verbena Infusion Gel Body Moisture

One masque I've been trialling is this one by TIGI. I've never used anything from the brand before, I see it a lot in TKMAXX but I've never truly bother so when I was sent the Smoothing Texture Refine Masque* I was a little unsure due to the fact my hairs just over coming a lot of trauma, would something new help or destroy?

TIGI says : This formula with hyper-distillation technology and seriseal silk protein, acts as a silk mesh on hair fibres, binding down the cuticle for exceptional manageability. Hair reborn velvety smooth with luminous shine.
For fibre nourishment and cuticle sealing. Designed to be colour safe. Frizz-Prone / Stressed Hair.

APPLICATION
Use as an intensive mask once a week. After shampooing, massage into hair concentrating on ends. Leave in for 5-10 minutes prior to rinsing thoroughly. The heat from your shower will allow mask to penetrate through your hair fibres.

This tub contains Hydrolyzed Keratin, I've mentioned previously about my hairs bad experience of a keratin treatment but keratin can be good, are hair is 80% keratin but too much for my hair, isn't wise. Hydrolyzed Keratin, rinses out the hair pretty quickly so it's temporary fix not permanent and I'm fine with that. There's only so much you can do to make something dead look healthy if already damaged. It's broken down molecules making it smaller and allowing it to penetrate past the cuticle and shaft.

When I've shampooed my hair, I'll smooth this over my hair mostly from the mid-length to ends in sections and pin it up and put a shower cap on and do whatever I'm doing. Let me tell you now, this smells DIVINE, whatever this fragrance is, it's heavenly. It's not that musk scent that some hair masques carry, it's actually a sensual hair fragrance, the hair be getting it in!

Rinsing it out, the hair is smooth and soft but my hair is mostly like that with any h20 and conditioning treatment as it needs moisture. Could I say it's made a difference? I'm not 100% sure, it might look great on those with smoother hair shafts (straight hair) with curls I couldn't say there is any more additional or new shine, it's not harmed my hair colour but there is less frizz around my crown but other than that? I'd probably have to see how it works with a blow-out more than a natural curly do.

TIGI Hair Reborn - Smoothing Texture Refine Masque

I'm totally diggin' body sprays, 90s nostalgia at it's best..rows and rows of Impulse in stores, it's not even as if it went away but it just stands out so much more and reminding me of school days and the convenience of having something to spray out in my bag. If you're like me, a rock b!tc* at heart. All for lounging around in your favourite black outfit (faux leathers -noted) and Sons of Anarchy gleaming in the room...Rock & Love the new scent from Impulse is one that will unleash that sentiment even more.

This is noted as being an oriental sent featuring a mix of fresh and fruit, top notes are Amber & Orange Blossom. I certainly smell the fruity when the scent starts to wind down from the spray out. What I adore about this, is that it's quite a good pairing for the name. When you're decked out in your leathers and boots, it's a tough look so using such a sexy but fresh scent that's good for day and night tones it down slightly by giving you a different edge with just a walk by whiff. Grab this for £1.99 at your local Superdrug store and smell lovingly hardcore. How could you go wrong?

Impulse :- Redesigned by internationally renowned fragrance experts, including the senses of Dior and Calvin Klein. Each of the Impulse fragrances contain real perfume oils, making sure that the scents in the Impulse collection take us from day into night.

Impulse Rock & Love

This couldn't come at any better time, I'm currently revising and my brain in the morning needs to feel awake and alert and along with a good breakfast and juice to make sure that hunger is kept away, the mind needs to feel relaxed but alert enough to be able to absorb all that I need to soak up.

To be fair, I'm never the type to take the morning and evening oils/teas etc into mind as I don't have a problem falling asleep as much as I use too, therefore to be honest I've used it in the morning and evening. Revive Morning (55ml/£40) has some of my favourite key notes, Pink Grapefruit (which I could eat right now), Rosemary, Juniper Berry and Pine. Most of these ingredients are used for nervous disorders, anxiety and stress therefore I see it as a good way to not hate waking up being that it's relaxing and keeps you level headed. You'll also find coconut oil, mandarin oil, sweet orange oil, eucalyptus oil, geranium and peppermint oil within the ingredients.

You can put a capful amount to your bath or over your body in a shower. I put half a cap and still found that there's benefits and the aroma is still potent. There is a high perfume scent but it's not overbearing and once in the water it becomes slightly milder. Also while in the bath and just washing that the back of my legs were quite oily, where the oil had most likely settled at the bottom but it's nothing that you can't rub and rinse off. The bath isn't left oily - which it shouldn't as there isn't that much oil.

All in all, love this oil. Bath time is my favourite pass time and this added luxury is a winner.
