First of all for the price, the Blemish Fighting Facial Scrub is a steal. I didn't experience any issues with this scrub, it's not drying, gently exfoliates and doesn't irritate any breakouts that are currently on the surface. After I've cleansed or steamed my face I use this, I've found that my skin can take this scrub at least 2 - 3x a week. The grains within this scrub are plentiful and small, therefore you don't need a lot to get a good deep clean. I was shocked to find that I got a pimple and used this and it didn't irritate but it helped it to go down & redness to subside. The formula is thick. I changed nothing else within my routine but added this, I'm hoping this isn't a fluke but if I can get hold of this in the drugstore when it's finished, I'm definitely going to keep it around the bathroom. On their official website it says that it's formulated without Parabens and Phthalates. This is ideal for oily/acne prone skin it has salicylic acid in to help combat acne.
The scent of the Apricot Body Scrub is one of my favourites, it's got a 'new look' considering I've never used it before I couldn't say what the packaging looked like before YET THE SMELL is quite, delicious ha! Both this and the facial scrub smell similar maybe the body scrub is a bit more fruiter. I find this body scrub isn't as thick and coarse as the facial scrub.
Body Scrub (L) Face Scrub (R)
It's more moisturising, as it's not so coarse it removes the skin and doesn't irritate. It spreads easily and it's not a pain to wash off. I was having such bad leg days before getting this, not much was working but I was shocked that this helped and it was easier to remove the hairs after exfoliating.I'm totally stoked with these as there's great value for money and as long as I can get hold of them it's on the repurchase list.
I'd love to know if you've tried these?
