On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me: The gift of firmer skin
All savvy beauty know-it-alls will be aware that the only way to keep your skin looking firmer, without needles or knives, is to protect your collagen tissue by feeding your skin from the inside. Foods that are high in protein (think eggs, beans, seeds, and those Christmas nuts) and vitamin C (think Christmas citrus fruits and brussel sprouts – yes, really!) are great for supporting collagen production. Eat a balanced diet, exfoliate your skin twice a week and partake of a little gentle facial massage regularly, too, and firmer, younger-looking skin can be your gift to yourself!
