Kao Essential Ultra Honey & Shea Butter

I purchased these hair masks in April from a seller in Hong Kong on Ebay they cost me £7 roughly each & the P&P was free so it was a good bargain and I received my items within a week.

The seller also posted what each hair masks does and how to establish which hair mask suits you best.

How to Choose between Kao Essential NUANCE AIRY (image on the left) and Kao Essential RICH PREMIER (image on the right)

(A) NUANCE AIRY
Wild Rose Essence leaves a protective layer to keep hair soft and moisturized.
Gives limp and flat hair a light and bouncy feel.
Recommended for soft and airy hairstyles.

(B) RICH PREMIER
Sunflower Oil Essence leaves a protective layer to keep hair soft and moisturized.
Gives untamable hair a smooth and manageable feel.
Recommended for sleek and elegant hairstyles.

Description
This hair mask provides intensive care, especially for the prone last 15cm of hair, which is most prone to dryness, tangles and split ends caused by chemical treatments and styling. It penetrates deeply into hair core to repair and moisturize, without the heavy feel, so hair becomes easy to manage and style.
Formulated with 3X more* honey & milk protein to protect and strengthen. Plus Shea Butter to repair and moisturize. Penetrates deeply into hair core to repair and moisturize. Keeps hair soft and moisturized.

My hair as of late since I've decided that yes I'm going to stop being lazy and I'm going to get my hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks, as I am now growing out my layers and growing my hair I want to keep it as healthy as possible. I'd be mortified if I got it to the length I want it and had to chop it off due to dry and broken ends.

This was my hair before it was washed, a little bit dry and my ends looked static lol! I'm not a big shampoo washer if that at all, I just wash and wash with conditioner, doesn't dry my hair out so much.

After I have washed I then apply the Kao Essential Ultra Honey & Shea Butter for the first time I used the Rich Premier, I worked it from the ends up and went through it with a wide tooth comb before wrapping it around!

Then putting clingfilm over it and wrapping it around to do a home steam treatment.

I think I left it on roughly for about 6hours and then washed it out and I was pretty happy with the outlook of my hair even when it was around 75% dry.

Had an nice shine to it and was very soft..it has to be one of my favourite hair masks I've invested in.
